Steps to make Riz a la jap' (sushi/buddha bowl):
- Rincez le riz 3 fois pour ôter l'excès d'amidon. Puis laisser tremper le riz 1 heure pour faciliter la cuisson.
- Mettre le riz dans une casserole avec l'eau et portez à ébullition. Une fois que l'eau bout, baissez la température et laissez cuire à couvert 10 mn. Au milieu de la cuisson, ajouter le vinaigre préalablement mélange avec le sel et le sucre.
