Instructions to make Riz nahua:
  1. Dans un wok ou une grande poêle verser le riz et le bouillon. Porter à ébullition et ajouter les rondelles de carottes, l'oignon émincé, l'ail en poudre, le concentré de tomate et les tomates concassées (ajouter les petits pois maintenant s'ils sont frais). Couvrir et cuir à feu doux pendant 10 min.
  2. Au bout des dix minutes, ajouter les petits pois (s'il sont en conserve) et poursuivre la cuisson à couvert pendant 10 min.
