Instructions to make Cordon bleu:
  1. Divisez les escalopes en 2 dans le sens de la longueur et ouvrez-les bien un maximum en les ouvrant sur les 2 côtés.
  2. Épicer les tranches d'escalope avec du sel, du poivre, les fines herbes et les épices que vous aimez.
  3. Étaler une tranche d'escalope puis une tranche de jambon et enfin une tranche de fromage.

  6. Mettre l'huile de friture chauffer
  7. Lorsque l'huile est chaude, rouler les morceaux un à un d'abord dans la farine puis dans l'oeuf et enfin dans la chapelure.
  8. Et les frire à feu doux jusqu'à obtenir la couleur dorée.
  9. Garnitures : pommes frites, sauce katchup, "kafteji" et un œuf frit…
