  4. Hacher l'oignon, le poivron,l'ail et le gingembre.
  5. Chauffer la poêle, puis mettre l'huile,le gingembre et l'ail haché.
  6. Une fois l'huile est parfumée, mettre l'oignon et rissoler à feu modéré.
  7. Ajouter le poivron et la viande hachée. Faire bien cuire la préparation.
  8. Ajouter le curry et la farine, puis mélanger. Enfin, ajouter le ketchup et l'eau. Faire sauter jusqu'à obtention d'une consistance épaisse.
  9. Saler et poivrer, puis retirer la poêle du feu. Mettre la préparation dans un plateau pour la refroidir.
  10. Rabattre la pâte pour la dégazer, puis couper-la en portion d'environ 45g chacune.
  11. Former des boules et les disposer sur une plaque. Laisser reposer sous un film-alimentaire pendant 15min.
  12. Diviser la garniture en portion d'environ 50g.
  13. Étendre la pâte en cercle, mettre une portion de la garniture et enrober la soigneusement dans la pâte. Faites attention à bien coller les bords pour former comme un ballon ovale.
  14. Recouvrez-les d'œuf battu et de chapelure.
  15. Disposer sur une plaque et laisser lever pendant 30min.
  16. Chauffer l'huile à 170℃ puis faites frire les pains pendant 3 à 4 min environ.
